測試方法

將試樣兩引腳分別連接在測試設(shè)備的夾具上，通過10毫安左右的檢測電流（最大不超過100毫安），用一發(fā)光二極管指示檢測電流。將甘油池溫度先穩(wěn)定在TF-10℃（甘油池應(yīng)帶有攪伴器以保證溫度均勻，加熱升溫速率可控制），然后將試樣放入甘油池，溫度計探頭應(yīng)盡量靠近試樣，控制甘油池溫度以每分鐘0.5~1℃的速率升溫，當(dāng)發(fā)光二極管熄滅時，記下溫度計讀數(shù)，既試樣的動作溫度。（如果沒有油池測試設(shè)備，也可在帶鼓風(fēng)裝置的恒溫箱內(nèi)測試，但必須注意將溫度計探頭緊貼試樣，才能得到準(zhǔn)確的結(jié)果)

Sample is connected to the fixture of the equipment, and placed into the oil bath which Temperature is maintained at TF-10℃(oil bath should be equipped with a stirrer and temperatures controllable). (A detect current about 10mA ) is passed through the sample and a thermometer is placed adiunction to the sample to monitor the opening temperature.The temperature of the oil bath is raised at the rate of 0.5~1℃ per minute unitl the sample functioned. (If the test is conducted in an oven(Air circulate type),take care that the thermometer shoule be placed immediately adjunction to the sample to achieve accurate test date).
